What we believe

Software stops describing the work.
It starts doing it.

For forty years, software gave us dashboards. We watched the numbers and made the decisions. Drava is built on the conviction that the next generation does not need to be watched — it acts.

An agent is not a chatbot with extra steps. It is a system with goals, with judgment, with memory of what it tried yesterday and what it will try next. It writes, reads, calls, reconciles, escalates, and stops when it should.

We build agents the way good companies build people — with standards, with autonomy, and with a clear definition of done.

I.

Production from day one

Every agent we ship is held to the standard of a senior employee on their best day. If it cannot be trusted with real work, it does not ship — we'd rather be late than wrong.

II.

One domain at a time

Generalist agents are fragile. We build narrow agents that go deep — one for finance, one for search, one for the next domain. Depth is not a constraint; it is the craft.

III.

Calm in the loop

Agents that earn trust are predictable. We optimize for clear escalation paths, explainable decisions, and the steady discipline of doing the right thing, every time.

A belief, written down

The next decade will not be won by the company with the best model. It will be won by the company whose agents show up and finish the work.
